They were very small biscuits, but still, the whole packet....oh well, I'm on a no dessert week, that should help.Riverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14794655013673748992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-922585999776797616.post-90920648756421672772013-04-10T17:31:19.778+08:002013-04-10T17:31:19.778+08:00I second what Delores and EC have both said. I really do think Dr C expected more as perhaps he didn't really believe you when you told him what your daily diet was prior to the op. I myself can't eat much less than I do now but my weight yoyos from 96kg to 98kg back and forth. I know in my case if I could only go for even a short walk it would make a difference and you too have the problem of not being very mobile. I have heard it is possible to think yourself thin so maybe you just need a different mindset. Perhaps just put it right out of your mind for a few days and then back to fight the good fight again.<br />You have so many people in your corner cheering you on which I hope helps you achieve what right now seems unachievable. You know how much you are loved. xxMimsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00249766510078357225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-922585999776797616.post-37486924439891436722013-04-10T14:20:06.275+08:002013-04-10T14:20:06.275+08:00How truly frustrating for you. (I suspect just at the moment I have more faith in you than you do yourself.) You have done amazingly well, and will continue. (And I also need to get back in the pool - where I have noticed that the weight melts away when I am consistent). Hugs and love.Elephant's Childhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06650565833097914052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-922585999776797616.post-27714282686182171972013-04-09T22:50:46.049+08:002013-04-09T22:50:46.049+08:00The thing is...you are not gaining!!!!! Take a good look at what you are taking in. There could be a monster hiding there. Could be as simple as a drop of honey you are putting in your tea..something small that you eat or drink everyday and you just haven't noticed it. My other suggestion would be to go meatless for a few days. You'll be surprised at the difference protein from another source can make. Congratulations on getting as far as you have and just keep on keeping on. It will pay off in the end.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
