Totem Park, A Retrospective Tale of Two Travellers Part 8B

Following on from Part A, here are the totems dotted around the Visitor Centre and along the walk trail.

One thing I can say is that it is sometimes hard trying to take a good photo of a totem, not only do you have to deal with the height, but the sun and glare as well.

When we go back I want to explore the totems more, they fascinate me and I would love to understand the story behind more of them.

Thanks for popping by xxxx

  1. They fascinate me too. The meanings, and the incredible beauty. And the workmanship - often done with tools we would consider 'primitive'.

    1. The history behind each one is amazing, the stories they tell passed down from one generation to another.

    1. I know aren't they, and to think that some of them have been around for generations is just mind blowing.
